Q: My password is not working. What should I do?
A: If you cannot remember your password, click "Forgot password" on the login screen to create a new one. If the reset process is unsuccessful or you do not receive an email, please contact our support team for assistance.
Q: How do I get access to TinyManager?
A: Access is available to organizations that are TinyMobileRobot customers. You must be invited by your company Administrator, who will send an invitation via email. From that email, you will be able to set up your personal user account.
Q: Do I need to log in every time I want to use TinyManager?
A: No, you do not need to log in every time. Your session will remain active for convenience; however, for security reasons, you will be required to log in again if you manually log out, use a different device, or if your browser's security tokens expire.
Q: How can I invite a new user?
A: Only users with Administrator privileges can invite team members. To do so, navigate to Profile and Settings > Teams and click "Invite team member." Enter the email address, assign a user role, and click invite. The new user will then receive an invitation email. If you are not an Admin, please contact your company's Administrator to request an invitation for a colleague.
Q: How do I delete a user?
A: If you are an Administrator, go to Profile and Settings > Teams and click the menu icon next to the member you wish to remove. Select the option to delete the member. If you do not have Admin rights, you must contact your company’s Administrator to have a user removed.
Q: Can multiple people in my organization share the same login?
A: No. Sharing users is not permitted in TinyManager. To ensure security and accurate activity tracking, every user must have their own unique account and password.
Q: Is TinyManager updated with the latest robot activities?
A: Yes. TinyManager syncs with your robots to provide updates on all activities in near real time.
Q: Can I see Robot IDs in TinyManager?
A: No. In the current TinyManager Beta edition, Robot IDs are not displayed. To help identify your fleet more easily, we suggest giving each robot a unique name within the system.
Q: Can I see Job IDs on the TinyController (Control tablet)?
A: No. Currently, Job IDs are only visible within the TinyManager interface and are not shown on the TinyController tablet.
